> Where to get help with your CRCON install

Stuck on something? Here's where to go, in order.

## 1. Check the troubleshooting page

Most first-boot worries are covered in
[Troubleshooting](/guides/troubleshooting), including the log messages
that look scary but are completely normal.

## 2. Ask on the template's help board

For anything about deploying or running this template, post on our
help board on Railway. That's where we answer questions, and it's the
fastest way to reach us:
